I highly recommend Hanson’s running in grosse point. I was greeted with friendly people and was able to sit down while they grabbed the shoes that I wanted to look at. I found a great shoe within 15 minutes. They even had the option to send a different color from another store within a day or two. They also gave out a healthcare worker discount which is always appreciated. I’m looking forward to trying my new shoes during my next 12.5 hour shift. Again, I’d like to emphasize how great the customer service was. I will definitely be back!

As a person who just started running this was a great store for me. Staff was helpful and wanted to assist everyone in store it was a small place so there might be a 5 min wait while one employee is helping a customer it shows that they care. Truly a good selection and employees will tell you what's best for your run not for their register. Protip: bring your old running shoes or exercise shoes and they will show you what are good shoes to get

I've been having some low back issues and needed new shoes. This is the place! I was greeted upon entering. After mentioning what I was there for, the very nice lady measured my feet. She then brought me several different types of shoes to try on. She gave me quite a few options. After doing so, she gave me some time to try them all on and walk around. Great customer service!!!! Very knowledgeable staff!!! If you need a running shoe, a walking shoe, or a standing shoe - these are your people.

Was referred here by a coworker for plantar fasciitis in my right foot. The associate that helped me was so kind and knowledgeable about my issues. He presented me with about 7 different options and was very concerned about making sure we found the right fit. They also offer a healthcare discount. Very pleasant experience.

This was my first time here and it definitely will not be the last. I had surgery on my foot and I was looking for a good comfortable shoe for work. Charlene the young sales lady was so friendly,patient, knowledgeable and picked out the perfect shoes to fit my needs. I ended up purchasing 4 pair!!!! I didn't take a pic of one pair. Thanks again Charlene!!

Great experience and staff! I can't remember our salesman's name , but is super cool like he is and started with the letter C-he was very knowledgeable and patient with us! Reasonably priced and offered a great variety to choose from. Will definitely go back ☺️

I stopped in today for some fuel options while on my run. The power was out but the young lady and the gentleman working were still awesome. Both highly knowledgeable and had awesome energy. Although they do not carry liquid GU, the lady did recommend another great option. I didn’t catch their names, wish I did, but per usual, great service.
